Thanks for submitting the bug. You should know that jpartition is still a work in progress (alpha stage) and I were developping & testing it mostly outside of JNode. I will have look when I can.

I have created that task to follow the progress of the development of JPartition Please post bugs as comments for that task.
So, I am marking that issue as duplicate.
