JDK compatibility level

Very nice, it gives a good picture of what we have to focus on. Just one comment, the j2sdk 1.4 compliance test and the javax.crypto packages, they have been added as a plugin, it looks like the plugin wasn't active under the test. Maybe I should make it part of the core?

Having extensions as seperate plugin is very good and we should keep that.

I'll add this plugins to the tool that generates these comparisions.
