The "How to join the development team" link takes me to a page that is locked down, and I cant access.

I'd like to contribute to the coding effort

It's strange because I can access to that page (but I have a bit more rights than usual registered people). Can someone else look if (s)he can access to that page ?

Anyway, you are welcome to the team. To be officially registered as a developper, you have to submit some patches before (typically for bugs but can also be for new things). For any question, you should join us on our irc channel : irc://irc.oftc.net/JNode.org.
